I help teams turn complex customer, reporting, and workflow signal into clearer decisions, stronger performance, and more usable systems.
My path started in direct-response marketing and high-volume customer contact, moved into CRM and lifecycle strategy at Rocket Mortgage, and later into reporting modernization and workflow redesign at DTE Electric. The current build lane carries that same operating pattern forward: connect the signal, improve the system, and make the next move easier to see.
